As of 2017, 56 million members of the workforce were born between 1981 and 1996, compared to Generation X, which accounted for about 53 million, and baby boomers, who accounted for about 41 million. ABOUT THE SPEAKER:
A native of St. Louis, Candice received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Missouri Western State University and a Master’s Degree in Managerial Leadership from Webster University.
Her professional career spans more than a decade in Human Resources in the private and public sector with distinguished consulting firm Deloitte coupled with experience in municipal government at the City of Grand Prairie, Texas, with industry certifications Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) and Senior Human Resources Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP)
Outside of work, Candice is involved in a variety of community organizations including the Local Progress, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc., National Urban League and Friendship West Baptist Church.
