Hiring a Next Generation Workforce

Frustrated about the NEW GENERATION/MILLENNIAL workforce? Candice Quarles will help you understand how to attract, hire and retain your future workforce.

According to the Pew Research Center, millennials surpassed all other generations in 2016 as the largest portion of the workforce. As of 2017, 56 million members of the workforce were born between 1981 and 1996, compared to Generation X, which accounted for about 53 million, and baby boomers, who accounted for about 41 million. Millennials are your new workforce.

As this next generation enters the workplace, how are we attracting and retaining the best employees? How is your company preparing itself for the needs of the next generation? How is your company taking advantage of the flexibility of the millenials and how can you start today?

Join us as we discuss how our companies can align with an ever changing landscape as we fight for the best talent of tomorrow.
